Developers are backbone for any IT firm or industry. They are the ones on whom the whole IT department is depended to survive as any idea or any innovation or technology is useless unless it is practically implemented and brought to life. The most number of employees in any software development firm are from development section. There are number of technologies in market and developers corresponding to each of them but as most of the market is capitalized by Java only hence the main aim of any firm is to hire java developers. Most of the companies deal in java development and just like any employer the company wants to hire the best individuals. Seeing the trend of market for java there are lot of developers who are opting for java as their core skill. This trend has resulted in tremendous growth in number of individuals related to java development. - Be a good speaker and good listener: Good speakers and listeners are highly appreciated by companies. If you are a good listener as well as speaker and can handle client from any background or country then buddy no company would let you go.
